Niko Kostas (Dining Room Coordinator)
Niko came to America from Europe at the age of ten. After working at various restaurants, he learned all aspects of the business service; tending, managing, etc. Seeking to challenge himself, he turned to New York City where he worked in some of Manhattan’s finest restaurants. He’s proud to have been at Il Capriccio since 1991, holding every position in the dining room from waiter to Maître d’.
Twenty-one years at Il Capriccio have filled him with enriching experience, he says, allowing him to learn something new each day.
